Protecting your transactions is important. Our transaction processing is covered by secure features, including ShipItEasy.Net Payments, our three-step payment process that ensures you have control of your money until delivery is made.

STEP 1: PREPAY AT BOOKING

See that gold seal next to your service provider’s quote? That tells you they use ShipItEasy.Net Payments, our secure payment process. To get started, enter your payment info, and we’ll hold the money in reserve until the shipment is completed.

STEP 2: THE PAYMENT CODE

You’ll receive a payment code in your confirmation email, once you’ve prepaid in full for your shipment. Make sure you keep this code available, as you’ll need it later. You can also find the payment code at the top of your shipment’s listing.

STEP 3: RELEASE FUNDS AT DELIVERY

When deliver is confirmed, you will give the payment code to your service provider. This will release the funds and complete the transaction. For animal shipments, however, payment codes may be released at “pickup” as required by USDA regulations.
